Jeff Zucker, chief executive of NBC Universal's television group, said he'll focus on cheaper programming.
Zucker told the newspaper that scripted shows cost too much given the lack of advertiser interest.
More crapfest "reality" shows on the way. Commercial TV will soon look like late night local UHF stations, full of infomercial BS programming. I'm supposed to run out and buy a $2500 HDTV so I can watch the networks implode into a sea of horseshit programming? I think maybe not.
