I think I have Obama figured out: this is a brilliant plan to cripple China by drowning them in worthless dollars, effectively limiting their ability to act on the world stage. So we have all been recruited into a suicide squad to bring this about.
Obama plans on leveling the playing field by burning down the bleachers.
